Spanish coach Alejandro Manu Rodriguez Lazaro has arrived in the country to begin his job with Ghana Premier League side AshantiGold SC.
The 29-year old will work as deputy coach to Romain Folz, head coach of AshantiGold.
Happy Sports understands that Romain Folz recommended the young coach to AshantiGold officials.
He will also work as the goal keeper’s trainer and serve as assistant coach.
Rodriguez and Folz worked together at American side West Virginia United in the 2017/2018 season in the USL League Two.
Rodriguez arrived in the West African country on Friday morning and is expected to touch down at Obuasi by close of day.
