Hearts of Oak legend, Bernard Don Bortey, has charged his side to win the ongoing Ghana Premier League.

Don Bortey visited the team’s camp at Techiman as they prepare to face Eleven Wonders at the Ohene Ameyaw Park on Friday afternoon in the Ghana Premier League.

He motivated the players to win the league and also make a name for themselves in the history books of the club.

“Accra Hearts of Oak is my former team and I went there to visit them and motivate them ahead of the Eleven Wonders game. I told them they should believe themselves and also have faith that they can win the league”, he told Odiasempa Kwame Oware on Wamputu Sports on Happy 98.9FM.

“The players were happy I came there to visit them. This is a time they should win the league and have their name in the history books. They know the task ahead”.

Don Bortey, the head coach for Division Two side Techiman Gold Stars says his target now is to become one of the best coaches in the country.

“I want to conquer Brong Ahafo then later I compete with the giants so everybody will know of my coaching career”.
