The Ghana Football Association would have to choose between the Accra Sports Stadium and the Baba Yara Sports Stadium for the Black Stars 2022 World Cup play-offs in March this year according to a statement released by the National Sports Authority (NSA).
In the statement released by the NSA, the Cape Coast Sports Stadium which has been the home grounds for the Black Stars during the World Cup qualifiers will be unavailable in March due to the independence day celebrations.
Based on the statement from the NSA, the Ghana Football Association must communicate to CAF on the change of the new venue for the World Cup qualifiers in March.
CAF will send officials to Ghana to check the facilities which is subject to approval before it can be used for the play-offs.
Ghana host Nigeria in the first leg of the final round of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in March which is scheduled to come off between March 23-29, 2022.
