NDC Parliamentary aspirant for the Okaikoi Central constituency, Baba Sadiq Abdulai Abu has described the firm confidence the Ghanaian youth populace have in him to create a sustainable environment for development.
This comes on the back of his attempt to describe the benefits the people of the constituency must get from their MP. In an interview with Sefah-Danquah, on the Happy Morning Show he noted that the trust the people put in you must come with
“a certain beneficial work” that you as a leader has done for the people. He added that young people in the Okaikoi Central Constituency have kept close tabs on him and are able to attest to the fact that he is a good leader.
Baba Sadiq indicated that the youth expect him to enforce the leadership skills and expertise that he utilized in the entertainment and media space, also in the political space and with this, they believe that they would be put on track to a better way of life.
“Looking at what some of us have been able to do in the media and entertainment industry for instance; The creation of opportunities to help young people; and all; They need to be able to see the same level of development and focus on ensuring that they shall be better off.”
