Ghana’s number one urban radio station, Happy98,.9FM has successfully launched the 2023 edition of its most sought after ‘Happy Bible Quiz’.
The Happy Bible Quiz in partnership with the Bible Society of Ghana comes across as an intense yet exciting Bible Competition that seeks to instill in Christians the word of God and promote bible knowledge amongst young Christians.
The quiz, dedicated to the Christian community and Championed by Happy98.9FM is expected to see most churches from across the country compete in the prelims of the challenge.
Participants of the quiz will go through the preliminary stage after excelling in the four thematic areas which include; sword, Bible and character drills.
The 2023 edition of the Happy Bible Quiz promises to be full of excitement and suspense, judging from the churches that participated last year and the readiness of participants who will qualify to compete for the bragging rights of who is well endowed with the word of God.
Coordinator for the Happy Bible Quiz, Isaac Addae highlighted that the media fraternity mostly focuses on political issues and entertainment hence this initiative is geared towards engendering many people towards the word of God. According to him, this year’s edition will be interactive and urges interested persons to grab their forms as soon as registration kick starts.
“Last year was full of excitement and we expect to see more enthusiasm this year. As a media fraternity we aspire to see remarkable changes in society and the lives of Christians therefore we encourage more people join us as we continue the great commission of spreading the word to all and sundry,”
Communication and Research Manager for the Bible society of Ghana, Catherine Odjioja indicated that the Happy Bible Quiz aligns with their mission as an organization hence, “aligns with our mission to give others the opportunity to interact with the scriptures and to impact lives. I want to also take this opportunity to call on other churches to come on board and sponsor this cause.”
On his part ,winner of the Happy Bible Quiz 2022 edition, Seth Logo said the Bible Quiz has had a great impact on his life thus he has gained much insights from the bible and able to understand the scriptures.
“When reading the bible, I get more revelations and understanding so I think the bible quiz is very insightful and I recommend it to everyone out there to grasp the opportunity and join this years’ contest.”
Registration for the 2023 Happy Bible Quiz is officially open and expected to close on September 29, 2023 as the competition kickstarts 15th October, 2023 and ends on 17th December, 2023.
