Founder of the Universal Christ Church, Prophet Gabriel Twumasi has cautioned Ghanaians to be conscious of recurring sickness people experience. He indicated that people may be treating spiritual curses with scientific medicines and end up even worse.

He explained that curses attack people in both the spiritual and physical world hence the approach to healing needs to be comprehensive and treated at both ends.

Speaking to Rev.Nyansa Boakwa on Happy 98.9 FM’s “Nsem Pii,” he said, “The human body is only a tool helping the soul in every human to work physically. Ways in which the spiritual sicknesses come to life is making things visible in the physcial world.”

He also advised Ghanaian youth to hold in high esteem good moral values to prevent unprecedented and destructive curses.

“Deceiving or cheating someone is very dangerous spiritually. Young men who mostly promise women by giving them high hopes to marry them but end up not fulfilling their promises are bound to spiritual attacks. If the woman is not God fearing and she gets offended when she curses you it will definitely manifest,” he added.

The prophet added ” if the person you have offended takes you to a herbalist to give you a particular sickness when it manifests physically there will be no cure. Doctors can not even cure it.

He further indicated that if certain things are not going well in life for any individual he or she should reflect and recall who he or she has disappointed.
