Ghana’s national women’s football team, the Black Queens, secured their coveted spot in the WAFCON after staging a remarkable comeback against Namibia.

The first leg, played at the Accra Sports Stadium, ended in a 3-1 victory for the Black Queens.

Despite a 1-0 defeat in today’s clash, the aggregate score of 3-2 secured Ghana’s place in the tournament.
