Happy FM’s Emmanuel Fosu Appiah, host of the popular “Anopa Bosuo” sports program, has been nominated for “Local Sports Presenter of the Year” at the 13th annual Foklex Media Awards.
Fosu Appiah, known as “The Special One” for his in-depth sports knowledge and captivating voice, began his broadcasting career in 2004.
Over the past 19 years, he has earned an impressive media following as his listenership base continues to expand day in and day out.
“I am deeply honored and humbled by this nomination,” said Fosu Appiah. “It’s a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team.”

The Foklex Media Awards ceremony will be held on May 11, 2024, at 8:00 pm at the National Theatre in Accra.
