The Black Challenge, the nation’s Amputee National Football Team, secured a dominant 3-0 victory over Algeria in the AAFCON semi-finals yesterday. This win not only propels them into the coveted AAFCON finals, but also guarantees Ghana a coveted spot at the 2026 World Amputee Football World Cup!

Following their impressive quarter-final win against Tanzania, the Black Challenge continued their undefeated streak. In 5 games, they won 5, scored 18 goals and conceded just twice.

This win marks a significant achievement for Ghanaian amputee football.

With the World Cup qualification secured and the AAFCON trophy within reach, the Black Challenge stands poised to defend their title and make Ghana proud on the international stage.
