Serene Insurance, a leading provider of comprehensive insurance solutions and a member of the First Sky Group, has expanded its operations to the Western Region.

The new face of insurance has demonstrated its commitment to providing reliable and comprehensive insurance solutions and has established a strong presence in the Greater Accra, Northern, Central, Volta, and Ashanti Regions. The decision to open a branch in the Western Region is a strategic move aimed at further enhancing the company’s reach and impact. By expanding into this new market, Serene Insurance aims to tap into a growing customer base and meet the unique needs of the Western Region’s residents and businesses.

“We are thrilled to bring our services to the Western Region,” said CEO of Serene Insurance Co. Ltd, Mrs. Mercy Naa Koshie Boampong.

“The Western Region is too important a region not to establish a presence, and having agency offices was not enough to provide accessible and tailored insurance options to a broader audience; hence, the need to establish a branch that will ensure we meet the unique insurance needs of the people of the Western Region.”

Speaking in an interview, the Western Regional Minister, Kobina Okyere Darko Mensah, indicated that the opening of the new branch is expected to have a positive economic impact on the region, creating numerous job opportunities for local residents and helping to complete projects under construction in the Western Region.

This development underscores Serene Insurance’s dedication to not only providing exceptional insurance services but also contributing to the local economy.

The company is committed to offering top-notch customer service and comprehensive insurance solutions that cater to the evolving needs of businesses and individuals.
