Telecel Ghana is continuing its streak of rewarding customers as three more lucky customers were awarded the GH¢30,000 weekly cash prize each at vibrant events held concurrently at Takoradi’s Market Circle, Bolgatanga’s Main Lorry Station, and Kumasi’s Adum Market Square.

The weekly winners – Christopher Gorkeh, a 19-year-old high school graduate, Fred Tamakloe, a training college teacher and Richard Ofori, a trader – received their cash prizes amid lots of excitement and celebration in their cities.

Overwhelmed with joy and shock, Christopher shared his disbelief at winning the Telecel More Money Promo weekly prize and what he plans to do with his winning money, which he received instantly via Telecel Cash.
“I was so surprised, and I couldn’t control my feelings. I plan to use the GH¢30,000 to further my education to the university level and own a business in the future, ” Christopher said, as his parents looked on with excitement and pride.

Christopher helps his mother to sell Attieke in Esiama, a town in the Ellembelle District of the Western Region since he graduated from high school. He was constantly praying for a miracle to get financial aid to pursue his goal of pursuing university education. “This is a dream come true for me. Thank you to Telecel and I will encourage everyone to join the More Money Promo and they could be lucky like me.”

The three winners join hundreds of Ghanaians who have walked away with daily and weekly cash prizes since the launch of the promo on 10th July. The grand prize of GH¢1 million awaits the luckiest customer at the end of the promo period in September.

Aneth Muga, Head of Customer Value Management & Products and Services said, “We are thrilled to see the positive impact this promo is having on the lives of our customers. Telecel will continue to create meaningful value and drive positive change. We encourage everyone to keep participating in the More Money Promo for a chance to win.”

The More Money Promo offers Telecel customers the opportunity to win daily cash prizes, weekly cash prizes, and a grand prize of GH¢1 million. To participate, customers simply need to activate the promo by sending ‘WIN’ to 500, dialling *500# or visiting the promo section of the Telecel Play App. Participants can then increase their chances of winning by recharging their airtime or purchasing data bundles to build more points in the draw.

All Telecel users, including mobile, prepaid, fixed and business customers are eligible to participate in the Telecel More Money Promo for a chance to win daily and weekly cash rewards and the grand prize of GH¢1 million.
