The Deputy National Communications Director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) also the Deputy National Communications Director of NADMO, Jennifer Oforiwaa Prempeh (Jennifer Queen), has underscored the significance of the party’s free education policy as a major achievement ahead of the December 2024 elections.

In an interview with Happyghana.com, Jennifer Queen acknowledged that Ghanaians have been vocal about their dissatisfaction with living conditions, which some might use as a justification to abstain from the upcoming polls. However, she assured that the NPP government remains committed to ensuring the comfort and well-being of all citizens, despite inheriting a challenging situation from the previous administration.

Queen emphasized that the NPP has made notable strides, particularly in the education sector. She highlighted the free Senior High School (SHS) policy as a game-changer, which has had a profound impact on Ghana’s educational system and transformed the lives of countless students and families.According to Queen, even if the government cannot boast about every aspect of its performance, the success of the free SHS policy is undeniable and a testament to the party’s unwavering commitment to improving the lives of Ghanaians.

Her remarks come ahead of the party’s manifesto launch in Takoradi, Western Region, on Sunday, August 18, where the NPP is expected to outline its vision and plans for the future. By emphasizing the free education policy, she seeks to remind voters of the party’s achievements and its dedication to addressing the needs of citizens, particularly in the critical area of education.
