Asutifi North Member of Parliament, Patrick Banor has donated 1000 street lights to be distributed across Electoral areas in the Constituency to reduce crime.
The street lights project, undertaken by the Member of Parliament aims at ensuring lighting solutions and enhance security.
According to him, some electoral areas in the Constituency are plagued by darkness making movement at night very risky.
He emphasized that the darkness encourages criminals to snatc Mobile phones, bags, money and other belongings of the residents which has become a major concern of the people.
He added that the installation of the street lights will minimize criminal activities and improve safe movement in the Constituency.
