NDC proposes 5% GDP investment in science and technology to drive national development Professor of Physics at the University of Ghana, Prof. Nana Ama Browne Klutse of has outlined the the National Democratic Congress' (NDC) commitment to advancing science and technology in Ghana. She said the NDC has committed to allocating 5% of Ghana's GDP to research.
