Former Black Stars midfielder, Michael Essien has completed his UEFA football management certificate.
The Chelsea legend who is currently working as an assistant coach at Danish side Nordsjælland has now added a football management certificate to his credentials.
Michael Essien who has been tipped with the Black Stars coaching job multiple times took to his various social media handles to celebrate the new milestone in his career.
“Finally done with my UEFA certificate in football management journey. Thanks all for the help. I keep learning about the beautiful game,” the 2012 UEFA Champions League winner wrote on his X page sighted by Happy Sports.
Michael Essien in his professional career played in major leagues in Europe for Olympique Lyon, Chelsea, Real Madrid and AC Milan.
