Former Management Member of Accra Hearts of Oak, Aziz Haruna Futa has said that Black Stars are suffering because of the decline of the local clubs.
According to him, Accra of Oak and Asante Kotoko are struggling to Gij’s their feat in the Ghana Premier League and that is affecting the Black Stars at the top.
He told Ohene-Bampoe Brenya in an interview on Happy Sports that the country shouldn’t allow Hearts of Oak and Kotoko to collapse because Black Stars will suffer.
Haruna Futa’s comment comes on the back of Black Stars failure to qualify for the 2025 African Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The Black Stars finished bottom in their group after failing to win a single game.
