The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has allegedly secured a court injunction to halt the re- collation of the parliamentary results for the Nsawam – Adoagyire constituency.

According to the party, there have been some discrepancies in the EC’s original pink sheets , hence their decision to file for an injunction to stop the collation.

The re- collation of the Nsawam- Adoagyire parliamentary results was directed to be done at the National Police Training School at Tesano in Accra, following the misunderstandings that erupted during the collation.

Nsawam – Adoagyire constituency is part of the four constituencies in the Eastern Region, where collation was disruptive pushing the EC to direct all collation activities to the police training school in Tesano, Accra.
