The lead prosecutor, Chief inspector Daniel Ofori Appiah told the court that the convict is unemployed and from Effiakuma in the Western Region.

The convict went to the front desk at CHRAJ on October 23, 2024 claiming to be following up on his application at the Human Resources Department.

The convict reportedly entered the Principal Administrator’s office on the first floor, room number 15 and stole her phone.

The principal administrator Celis- Jane Nyarko reported the case to the Ministries Police Station in Accra on October 23, 2025.

The prosecutor added that, the convict was apprehended by Management of Ghana College of Physicians and surgeons on January 30, 2025 when he committed a similar crime.

The CCTV footage presented to the Ministries Police as evidence by the complainant confirmed the convict’s involvement in the crime.

The convict admitted to his crimes of entering the office of the administrator and stealing her phone.

The Court presided over by Basilia Adjei Tawia convicted Foster Nyarko on his own plea when he was charged with unlawful entry and stealing.
