The High Court has lifted an arrest warrant against the Director of Passports in connection with allegations of multiple passport issuance to Dominic Williams.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration confirmed in a statement the withdrawal of the arrest warrant, clearing the Director of Passports of any involvement in the alleged issuance of multiple passports to Dominic Williams.

The ministry emphasized that the incident occurred before the Director assumed office on August 19, 2024, and thus, he had no connection to it.

Expressing gratitude to the Judiciary for its swift handling of the matter, the Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and accountability in passport administration.
