U.S. President Donald J. Trump has shared his thoughts on the escalating war between Israel and Iran—a conflict that continues to draw global concern.

Trump initially addressed Iran at the start of the war last week via his social media platform, Truth Social. In his post, he urged Tehran to commit to a nuclear disarmament agreement in order to prevent further bloodshed. “Agree to a nuclear deal… before there is nothing left,” he warned.

Iran’s failure to heed his call has sparked renewed speculation over America’s next move. According to a Wall Street Journal report, Trump informed senior aides late Tuesday that while he had approved military plans targeting Iran, he was holding off on giving the green light—hoping Iran would reconsider its nuclear ambitions.

Earlier that same day, Trump posted another message on Truth Social touting the involvement of the U.S. as a big disadvantage to the Tehran. “We know exactly where the so-called ‘Supreme Leader’ is hiding. He’s an easy target, but he’s safe there—for now. We’re not going to take him out (kill!), at least not yet.”

Trump in engagements with reporters outside the White House on Wednesday, refused to confirm whether the U.S. would join Israel’s attacks on Iranian nuclear sites.

“I may do it. I may not. Nobody really knows what I’m going to do,” he said.
