Agro KiniSols (AKS), a KIC-supported agribusiness, is redefining the future of guinea fowl farming in Ghana through innovation and purpose-driven impact. By specializing in the hatching and nurturing of high-quality guinea keets, AKS is bridging a critical gap in the poultry value chain and improving access to reliable inputs for rural farmers.

Co-founded by Frank Akachaawon Abendin and his team, AKS is tackling issues such as rural poverty, low productivity, and limited access to quality keets, while enabling smallholder farmers to build more resilient and profitable farming ventures.
“At Agro KiniSols, each keet represents a step towards economic empowerment and food security in communities that need it most, we are committed to not just hatching keets, but supporting livelihoods,” Frank Akachaawon Abendin, co-founder of Agro KiniSols highlights.

With a commitment to sustainable agriculture and rural development, Agro KiniSols enhances the supply of healthy, fast-growing guinea keets and provides technical support to farmers, creating jobs, promoting agripreneurship, and driving innovation.

Highlighting the impact of development of agricultural communities and promoting local resource, Benjamin Gyan-Kesse said, “Agro KiniSols reflects the spirit of youth-led agribusiness transformation we seek to champion at KIC, one that prioritizes inclusion, opportunity, community development and long-term economic resilience.”

With a vision to expand across West Africa, AKS is positioning guinea fowl farming as a scalable, climate-resilient enterprise and a viable solution to rural unemployment and protein deficiency.
