The Western Regional Police Command has arrested one suspect involved in a gang robbery of gold shop, making away an unspecified amount of money at Mpohor in the Western Region.
The incident that occurred on Saturday, August 16, 2025, led to the injury of one person.
According a statement from the police, one suspect has been arrested and assisting the police with investigation.
“One suspect has been picked and is assisting in the investigation, whilst strenuous efforts are underway to arrest the remaining suspects.”
“The injured victim is responding to treatment, and we assure the public that the perpetrators will be arrested to face the full pressure of the law”, the statement added
