The Bold Patriots Alliance, a pro-Bawumia supporters’ group, has urged all delegates and faithful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to rally behind former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the party’s upcoming presidential primaries scheduled for January 31.
Speaking to Happyghana.com ahead of Dr. Bawumia’s nomination filing at the NPP headquarters in Accra on Thursday, August 28, the leadership of the group stressed that Dr. Bawumia remains the most competent candidate to secure victory for the party in the 2028 general elections.
The group explained that the Bold Patriots Alliance is a network of grassroots supporters drawn from across the country, all committed to campaigning vigorously to ensure Dr. Bawumia’s victory in both the primaries and the national polls.
“We firmly believe Dr. Bawumia has the vision, experience, and dedication to lead the NPP to retain power in 2028. We are therefore calling on every delegate and party member to throw their weight behind him,” they stated.
