Vice Chairperson-HR Focus Africa Conference and Awards 2025, Ewurabena Neequaye, speaking about the event in an interview on Y107.9FM said, “This year marks a significant milestone as the event evolves into the HR Focus Africa Conference & Awards, extending beyond Ghana to welcome African delegates both in person and virtually. The upgraded platform reflects HR Focus’ commitment to positioning Ghana as a hub for HR excellence across the continent.”

The conference, scheduled for Friday, 17th October 2025 at the Accra International Conference Centre, will feature a full day of insightful sessions including keynote addresses, panel discussions, and the signature Open Forum, a vibrant segment where participants are free to ask pressing questions and tap into the expertise of seasoned HR leaders in the room.

“In addition to shared learning and people development, the conference emphasizes networking opportunities, bringing together diverse stakeholders from top HR practitioners to students and young professionals to exchange ideas and collaborate on solutions that advance the world of work,” she indicated on the ‘Myd Morning Radio Show’ with sit in host, LJ.

As part of the celebrations, the HR Focus Africa Awards will once again honor organizations and practitioners who exemplify excellence in HR practice, spotlighting the innovations and strategies that set them apart in building thriving, resilient businesses.
