Ayisi Boateng only made a partisan statement – Nii Noi Nortey

The failed parliamentary aspirant for Klottey korley Constituency in the Greater Accra Region Nii Noi Nortey has strongly defended the gaffes of one of the Ashanti regional elders of governing New Patriotic Party, Ayisi Baoteng.
According to Nii Nortey, he sees nothing wrong with the Ghana’s High Commissioner to South Africa decision to reassure the disgruntled youth of the party.
He said the party elder was only talking to party supports and reassuring them that the party will cater for them for helping to bring the party to power.
The High Commissioner over the week met with the members of the Tertiary Education Confederacy (TESCON), the tertiary wing of the party and told them as a High commissioner he came to assist the NPP supporters.
According to the Ashanti Regional party elder, if he had his ways every job opportunity will go to TESCON members but because of the International Monetary Fund’s conditional ties we cannot recruit. He says ’we are all Ghanaians but some are more Ghanaians than others.
Nii Noi Nortey, one time Constituency Chairman on the ticket of the NPP says it was only a message of assurance and nothing else and that there is no big deal about that.
