The management of Ghana Community Network Limited (GCNET) has made claims to fact that it is the only Information communication Technology (ICT) company in the country that can boast of being International Standards Organization (ISO) nine thousand certify certificate.
GCNET intends to be the leader in ICT delivery in terms of revenue generation for GRA in the country.
GCNET reveals that it has been able to deploy about sixty –six ICT platforms across the country to boost  GRA’s operations in terms of revenue generation.
Mr. Emmanuel Darko, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GCNET made this claim when the company organized a thanks-giving ceremony to show how far the Lord has brought the operations of the company in Accra.
According to Mr. Darko, GCNET is the only ICT company in the country with ISO 9,000 certified certificate.
He said it is no mean achievement for the company to be adjudged the best ICT company in the country.
‘It is an obligation for the company to give thanks to the lord for how far it has brought the country and its operations in ensuring Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) maximizes revenue for development.
He said when workers of the company were traversing the countryside laying platforms for revenue generation it was the lord that took care of them  by offering them traveling mercies.
He noted that even though the company suffered the risk of cyber-attacks, instability of the systems among the problems with the introduction of the paperless regime by the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) the company was able to mitigate all by these with the help of the lord.
He explained that in spite of the initial attendant problems with the introduction of the paperless regime the prospects for the country going full automation at the port are feasible.
‘This is how far the lord has brought GCNET’ he reminded the gathering of workers at the plush Rangoon Estate office of the company.
He maintained that the operations of the company were able to rake in fifteen billion Ghana Cedis revenue for GRA last year.
He said the obligations of the company are crucial to the development of the economy in terms of revenue generation he said.
He minces words to say the company will not relent in its quest to offer quality service to GRA by using innovations and advance technology.
In a brief sermon Reverend Andy Yawson of the Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) said people work and act as if God did not exist.
He explained that what people do first after completing a project is go to the pub and celebrate instead of giving thanks to the lord almighty.
According to him, giving thanks to God should be a habit ‘we ought to be thankful to the lord and knowledge his mercies  for the company.
