Two goals from NDC’s National Chairman, Kofi Portophy and General Secretary of the party, Asideu Nketia were enough to ensure that the ruling government posted a sweet victory over their CPP counterparts in match day two of the Political Parties League.
In the other fixture, a stupendous goal from Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu and a sublime finish from Mahmud Bawumia, the running mate for the NPP’s Nana Akufo Addo affirmed their two-game winning streak.
Both NDC and NPP have both amassed 6 points from their first two games and both sides square-off on the 28th of October in Ho in match day 3.
