Renowned highlife musician, Lucky Mensah has stated emphatically that, CEO of Slip Music, Mark Okraku Mantey is empty when it comes to music business.
In an exclusive interview with Paa Kwesi Mizpah on Neat FM’s drive time show ‘Yekofie’ the ‘come back’ hitmaker said Mark Okraku Mantey is only riding on his popularity as a common DJ to transact music business.
“If your knowledgeable in music, you will testify that Mark Okraku Mantey knows nothing about music, and I even wonder why he is always invited to come and judge upcoming musician at TV3 mentor.
The mentor judges who are knowledgeable in music always mount the stage to sing but Mark has never done that because his empty when it comes to music” ….Lucky Mensah stated.
Lucky Mensah added that, “Mark Okraku Mantey was a common DJ at Joy FM and through his popularity he had the opportunity to produce some songs and fortunately for him, the songs became hit songs but that does not make him a musician or a music expert”…. he concluded.
