Rufftown Records latest signee Wendy Shay, has taken a subtle potshot at Rosemond Brown after the Kumawood actress mocked her for wearing the same hair for three months.
On Wednesday, the maverick Kumawood actress took to her Instagram page to mock the ‘Uber‘ hitmaker over her new hairstyle – claiming that it is the same weave on she has worn for the past three months without bothering to change it.
According to Rosemond Brown who is known in the movie industry as ‘Akuapem Poloo’, Wendy Shay has gone to dye her hair and not changed it as her fans are asking her to do.
She said, “Wendy Shay, you think we are kids? No one is a kid. Let me tell you, your hair, you’ve gone to dye it. It’s the same black thing you’ve been wearing. You’ve not gone to remove it. You’ve dyed your hair.”
Responding to a question about the aforementioned statement by Rosemond Brown during an interview with DJ Advicer on Happy’s Ayekoo after drive show, Wendy Shay said, “who is Akuapim Polo? She questioned. I don’t know her and I don’t want to comment about whatever she said. I’ve not heard what she said and I don’t want to hear it.”
“As I said earlier, I have been changing my hair every week; it is Crochet curls so I change it every week.”
