Sister Derby calls her ex-boyfriend Medikal and Fella Makafui’s love cockroaches love and went ahead to advised them to stop hiding before someone obviously steps on them unknowing.
Sister Derby also warned Medikal on the song to stop lying to her if he knows he doesn’t love her. It’s painful listening to her in the song actually.
