Pappy Kojo, Flowkin Stone, Wendy Shay and others set to thrill at Area Codes Jam

YFM, the Number One Urban radio station in Ghana is set to bring the biggest community-based entertainment show on Ghana’s event calendar to Weija.

Over the years, Area Codes Jam has been known to be the platform for seasoned and underground artistes in Ghana to share one stage and thrill music lovers in the country.

This year’s Accra Edition is slated for Saturday 3rd of August, 2019 at the West Hills Mall, Weija. The 10th Edition is set to feature performances from Wendy Shay, with her string of hit songs including ‘Uber Drive’, Stevie Wonder and a host of others.

Pappy Kojo will also set the stage on fire with hit songs like ‘Van Damme’, ‘Awo’a’ among others. Flowkin Stone is set to thrill fans with hit songs like ‘Go low’, ‘Blow my mind, among others.
Also performing on the night are Gasmilla, Sista Afia, Eno Barony, Kelvyn Boy and Feli Nuna.
Magnon, Donzy, B4 Bonah ,Ayisem among others will also be making appearances on the Area Codes Jam stage and will be expected to thrill their numerous fans with hits churned out over the years.

Speaking ahead of the Area Codes Jam, assured YFM listeners that this year’s event has a lot of fantastic activities lined up for them.

“As usual you know that YFM knows how to jam. We will have a YFM Live OB from the venue, patrons would also have an opportunity to take pictures with their favourite YFM presenters, DJs and other celebrities. There will also be a mini bar set up for patrons to buy their favourite Black Rock Honey Whiskey”, he stated.

According to Eddy Blay, there will be an Area Codes Jam in Kumasi in September and another in November in Takoradi this year.

He commended Kasapreko for coming on board as sponsors of this year’s Area Codes Jam.

“I would like to thank Kasapreko, producers of Black Rock Honey Whiskey for sponsoring this year’s edition of the Area Codes. I would also like to encourage our listeners to keep voting for Area Codes Jam to win in Ghana’s favourite Event Category in the Ghana Events Awards (GEA)”, he added.
