The Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana will resume replacing lost voter ID cards nationwide today August 8, 2019.

According to a press release signed by the Chairperson of the EC, Mrs Jean Mensa, the replacement of the cards were suspended to enable the Commission to concentrate on the 2019 Limited Voters Registration Exercise.

The replacement would be done at all the district offices of the EC across the country at a cost of GHS 5.
