Founder and bank roller of Berekum Arsenal Football club, Yakubu Moro, has joined the list of numerous football administrators who have lampooned the Normalisation Committee.

Yakubu Moro has taken it a notch higher, describing Chairman of the Committee Dr. Kofi Amoah as somebody who does not understand football.

According to Moro, the NC Chair does not understand how football works as he is yet to fully know of the frustrations clubs are going through payments for participating in the NC’s Special Competition have been unnecessarily delayed.

“Dr Kofi Amoah doesn’t know anything about football. If you asked him where Nea Salamina is, he cannot tell. The ministry wants to use the Afcon money to pay us of the special competition money but he says no. The clubs who are owned should team up and take the NC to court,” he told Kumasi-based radio statation.

He added that he has not seen anything good the NC have done since assuming office in 2018.

“The NC have not done anything good. I said earlier the congress wasn’t coming on and it came to pass. I doubt if the 5th September one will come off,” he said.
