The Bafana Bafana of South Africa held their first training session at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Tuesday ahead of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Ghana.
The team arrived in Ghana on Monday night and move straight to Cape Coast to prepare for the game which comes off on Thursday 14 November, 2019 at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
The team held their first training session yesterday with 23 players as Thulani Serero and Kamohelo Mokotjo only arrived last night in Ghana.
South Africa coach Molefi Ntseki in an interview ahead of the game said, he hopes his side will be mentally strong to do well in the game against the Black Stars.
The Bafana Bafana will hold their last training session today at 6:30pm at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
