The Deputy Chairman for the Premier League Management Committee (PLMC), Jesse Agyapong has disclosed to Ghana’s number one Sports Station Happy FM, that Corporate Ghana have started engaging the Ghana Football Association due to the interest generated by the Ghana Premier League (GPL).

According to him, the interest and excitement in the Ghana Premier League is gaining momentum and a lot of partners are trying to come on board to sponsor.

“For the past two weeks Corporate Ghana is calling the Ghana Football Association wanting to engage and partner on one level and another”, he told Odi Asempa Kwame Oware on Wamputu Sports on Happy FM.

“If you check the conversation ongoing on social media, most of the clubs such as Hearts of Oak, Legon Cities and Liberty Professionals are generating a lot of interest in the game through their social media platforms which is also promoting interest in the league”, he indicated.

The FA currently has Electroland through it brand NASCO as sponsors for the Man of the Match Awards of the Ghana Premier League.
