Nii Teye Kojo Amankwa Sune I Chief of Gbetsile has called on aspiring parliamentary candidates in his area to deliver on their promises when voted into power.

According to him, these candidates after gaining power fail to deliver on their promises.

Speaking at the annual Thanksgiving service organized for the people of Gbetsile, he stressed that the people do not want beautiful speeches but concrete actions and commitment.

Nii Teye Kojo noted that all the social vices in the community are because of lack of proper leadership. He added if this should continue, citizens will be forced to boycott elections.

He furthered the Thanksgiving service was to thank God for his mercies throughout the year and also to solicit funds for the building of a school project for the people of Gbetsile.

He added not only do they have a problem with a school project but also with bad drainage and bad inner lane roads.

Nii Teye Kojo called on politicians to desist from politics of insults and indulge in unity for the betterment of the country.
