Former Asante Kotoko midfielder,Yusif Chibsah, says he has no quarrel with the club over the transfer of Kwame Bonsu to Tunisian giants Esperance.

There were reports that Yusif Chibsah and Asante Kotoko were locked in battle over the transfer of Kwame Bonsu.

The ex-Ghana international helped transfer his client, Kwame Bonsu to the Tunisian outfit for a fee of US$ 150,000 in June last year.

Kotoko were unable to recoup the transfer of $150,000 due to a debt they owed Esperance due to the illegal transfer of Emmanuel Clottey who was then a player of the Tunisian club.

Chibsah was blamed for not ensuring Kotoko get the $150,000 from Esperance.

Speaking in an interview on Happy Sports with Ohene-Bampoe Brenya, on Happy 98.9FM, on his relationship with the Porcupine Warriors after transfer saga he said, “My relationship and affiliation with Asante Kotoko goes beyond. It’s a club that I played and has contributed a lot to who I am today”.

“In my history as a footballer, Kotoko played a major role. In every work or household sometimes misunderstandings do occur. But We have trashed those issues and settle them”.

“I have no problem with them and I will never have a problem with them”, he noted.
