Afrifa Yamoah Ponkoh, a former government appointee under the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has commended the Minister of Youth and Sports Isaac Kwame Asiamah for his tremendous output as a minister of state.

The former Asante Kotoko management member lauded the Sports Minister for the infrastructural projects being undertaken during tenure as government constructs 10 multi-purpose Youth Centers across the country.

Speaking on Wamputu Sports on Happy FM, the former Asante Kotoko Management member shown a great deal of respect for the Sports minister saying he has done very well in the sports sector.

“To be honest, the greater part of the NDC manifesto has been done by the NPP. I salute Isaac Asiamah because he has done marvellously well but it is not true that they’ve done everything in the sports sector. The construction of sports facilities is a good move which will help develop sports”, Ponkoh told Odiasempa Kwame Owari.

He stressed that, even though the NPP has done well thus far, the NDC will do better if given the nod by the majority Ghanaians.

“The NPP is doing well but NDC will do better when given the mandate. I am a clean and truthful politician. Hon Asiamah is doing well for the sports sector”.
