The Electoral Commission has declared Ewurabena Aubynn, NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Ablekuma North as MP elect.
The Electoral Commission made the declaration on December 10, 2024 after collating 219 out of 281 polling stations.
There had been a controversy between the NPP and the NDC from December 8, 2024 when the electoral commission commenced collation of the Ablekuma North Constituency Parliamentary results.
Ewurabena Aubynn as MP elect for Ablekuma North Constituency marks a significant history because the seat had been for the NPP for twenty years.
Meanwhile, Nana Akua Owusu Afriyie, the NPP Parliamentary Candidate says she won’t accept the outcome of the results.
