ACE Power Promotions is set to organize a boxing bout at Dzodze in the Volta Region of Ghana as part of its efforts to develop and promote boxing across the country.

The bout is scheduled to be held on 11 April, 2020 and will under the theme ‘Thunder in Volta’.

According to the boxing syndicate, they have developed innovative strategies to promote the organization of professional boxing competitions in Ghana.

Director of Operations for ACE Power Promotions, Isaac Amankwaah said the motive is to take Ghana boxing to the next level where they identify young talents and develop them to become world champions.

“We want to take Ghanaian boxing to the next level. We want to nurture the young ones and help blossom them to the world stage.

We are here to solve Ghana’s world title problems, and we also want to win more world titles for Ghana,” said Isaac Amankwaah, Director of Operations of ACE Power Promotions.

“We plan to organize a minimum of three promotions every year. We plan to do things professionally, where our boxers will be given all equipment and tools that will help them succeed”.

“That is very important because when we are able to run boxing professionally, it puts us in a good position to attract corporate support. Corporate sponsorship is the support Ghana boxing needs to challenge at the world level because we have the talents in huge numbers,” he added.

ACE Power Promotions urged Corporate Ghana to invest into the sports.

ACE Power Promotions is a newly rebranded boxing syndicate licensed by the Ghana Boxing Authority
