Controversial Speaker, Kwaku Peprah (Quotation Master), has once again sparked outrage in Ghana by saying the African continent can only rise again from the ashes and reclaim its greatness through conflict.

He insists this is a tried and tested method for development which is evident with history.

“War and nothing else can see to the development of Africa. With all we are seeing and doing on the continent then war is the only way out of our suffering. Check the history books and you will realize all great nations emerged from the ashes after war to be great,” he stated.

Using Germany and Rwanda as an example, he revealed, “look at Germany, it became better after the war in 1945. Let’s not even look far, let’s go to Rwanda which is in our backyard. They survived the genocide in 1994 and it is now the cleanest and well-organized city in Africa.”

Speaking to Rev Nyansa Boakwa on Happy98.9FM’s Nsem Pii show, he noted that Rwanda become this great after the war because they wiped away and shed blood making them fearless people. “So if you become a President of such a people, you will fear and respect them because of the blood they have shed and you can no more deceive them.”

According to him, it is a lie for one to say no war can happen in Ghana. He believes the whites can trigger a war in the country whenever they want as the see it as the gateway to Africa.

He however pleaded with the Ghanaian youth to be smart and not to be used for any misunderstanding and violence because they can make Ghana better.
