Akosua Agyapong mastermind behind Ama Rasta’s flare up at GHAMRO – Rex Omar

Legendary Ghanaian highlife musician, Akosua Agyapong, has refuted claims that she was the mastermind behind Ama Rasta reigning curses on the Ghana Music Rights Organization(GHAMRO).

Akosua Agyapong, interviewed on Happy FM’s Showbiz Xtra with Dr. Cann, replied to this allegation saying, ‘’Rex does not want the truth to prevail so he is hanging some issues over my neck. Ama Rasta is older than me so I can not push her to go and reign curses.’’

About a week ago, Ghanaian singer, Ama Rasta, was seen with what looked like eggs and a bottle of schnapp, at the premises of GHAMRO reigning curses on the organization because they failed to pay her royalties after several months of back and forth at their office.

Not long after this incident, the president of GHAMRO, Rex Omar, came out with allegations that Akosua Agyapong was the mastermind behind Ama Rasta’s actions.

Akosua’s response, however, now leaves unanswered questions about why Rex, who claims Akosua is like a sister to him, would make such false allegations about her.
