The former Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Mr. Allotey Jacobs has expressed his doubt over Nana Akufo- Addo’s efforts to combat corruption in the country.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Afrifa Mensah on the Epahoa Daben Show aired on Happy FM, Mr. Allotey Jacobs said: “I am not seeing anything good in Nana Addo’s fight against corruption. Elections are close and he needs to work hard on the fight against corruption.”
His comments however seem to conflict his recent comments made in an interview at Peace FM’s morning show where he defends the president against the corruption tag.
“You can’t hang corruption on the neck of Akufo-Addo. If you know him well, you will know that you cannot hang corruption on his neck.”, he said.
Jacob Allotey is the former Chairman of the National Democratic Congress who describes himself as a ‘Social Contributor’ rather than an NDC Spokesperson.
