Renowned Counsellor, Kwaku Adumatta, has advised Ghanaians to be careful of whom they entrust their hearts to.

To him, entrusting one’s heart to the wrong person can lead to the individual suffering from a bad heartbreak.

He explained broken heart as having expectations fall apart.

Speaking to Rev. Nyansa Boakwa on Happy 98.9 FM’s “Nsem Pii’ show, he said, “You defining an expectation gone bad is what we call broken heart and most people don’t know themselves, and who they are. If they did, they would be able to manage expectations”.

He described expectations as one of those things every human being must be able to manage because it can be broken at any point in time.

“As humans, always expect to have your expectations broken by others and that is why you should be able to manage your level of trust. Be careful who to trust and who you talk to if you really want to live your life to the fullest,” he said.

He added that, the only person who cannot fail humans is God, making him the only one humans should trust as any other person can break their heart.
