All is set for the Maiden Edition of Global Media Alliance (GMA) CEO’s Cup Football competition which is happening today Friday, 29th March, 2019 at Lizzy’s Sports Complex.

The event forms part of quarterly team building activities to host all employees at a common venue and to foster team spirit.

Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GMA, Ernest Boateng expressed excitement ahead of today’s event.

Mr. Boateng also noted that there are enviable prizes up for grabs for the winners of this competition.

“For the first time, each brand has the opportunity to present their own team to compete for the cup and we are looking forward to the matches,” he said.

“To make the tournament more competitive, the team that will lift the cup will also take home GHS 1,000. The 1st runner up team will get GHS 500,” Mr. Boateng revealed.

“Let the brands prove that they have what it takes to lift my trophy.”

Meanwhile, the Chief Operating Officer for the GMA Group, Edwin Amankwah, has also put up GHS 500 for whoever emerges ‘Goal King’ in the tournament today.

The CEO Cup is organized by the Human Resource Department of GMA.
