Accra Representative of Asante Kotoko, Nana Kwame Dankwah has revealed that management of the club has given their former captain Amos Frimpong the go-ahead to Guinea in search of greener pastures.

According to the Porcupine Warriors management member, the prolific player has served them in his best capacity so it is only right for them to let him go

He made this revelation whilst Speaking to Odiasempa Kwame Oware on Happy FM’s ‘Wamputu Sports’,

“Amos Frimpong is currently in Guinea because he had an offer from Kaloum Stars. He told management and we gave him the go-ahead to go because he has helped the team in his best capacity although he still has a contract with the team we believe we should let pursue his dreams outside if he so desires it”.

Amos Frimpong had his first call up to the Black Stars this year when made it into the starting line of the Black Stars team against Mauritania in their international friendly played at the Accra Sports Stadium in March.

The 27- year old joined Kotoko on July 1, 2011, from BA United
