Ghana Premier League side, Bechem United have officially bolstered their squad with the signing of former Manchester City U23 forward Aminu Mohammed ahead of the upcoming season.

The club officially announced the arrival of the highly-rated winger on social media, welcoming him with the words: “New Signing Alert! AMINU MOHAMMED is officially a Hunter!”

Aminu, once hailed as one of Ghana’s brightest prospects, was part of the Black Starlets team that represented Ghana at the U-17 World Cup. His exploits at youth level earned him a move to English giants Manchester City, where he featured for their U23 side and gained invaluable experience.

Now returning to Ghana, the attacker is expected to inject pace, power, and a touch of European flair into Bechem United’s frontline.

“With his pace, power and European flair, Aminu is set to bring flair, creativity and goals to our frontline,” the club stated.

This move marks a new chapter for the winger, who will be looking to revive his career and live up to the early hype that surrounded his name. For Bechem United, it’s a major coup as they prepare for a competitive season.
