Ghana national under-17 football team suffered a 2-0 defeat to Ivory Coast national under-17 football team in an international friendly at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium.
Despite dominating large spells and creating several chances, Ghana failed to convert, with efforts from Joseph Narbi, Isaac Barfo and Mark Aboagye all denied.
The hosts capitalised in the second half, with Diabate Yussouf opening the scoring before Nomane Guy sealed the win.
Both teams will meet again on Thursday at the same venue as they continue preparations for the U-17 AFCON in Morocco.
