Hearts of Oak striker Daniel Afriyie Barnieh has extended his contract the club has announced.
Details of the contract extension were not made known in the release from the club.
Happy Sports understands the contraction extension is to enable Daniel Afriyie Barnieh play in the CHAN tournament for the Black Galaxies per the rules governing the competition.

Barnieh is currently in the Black Galaxies camp in Egypt as the team prepares ahead of the Africa Nations Championship in Algeria.
The 21-year-old will join Swiss side FC Zurich after the CHAN tournament.
Hearts of Oak will benefit from the center forward’s sale to the Swiss giants.
