An independent Presidential Aspirant, Samuel Apea Danquah has sued the Electoral Commission after the commission disqualified him.

According to him, the electoral commission has not been fair for disqualifying him.

Samuel Apea Danquah is praying the court to reverse the decision by the electoral commission.

The lawsuit also seeks the court to compel the Electoral Commission to include him as a qualified Presidential Candidate on the ballot paper that is yet to be printed so he can contest the election.

Apea Danquah was part of the 11 Presidential aspirants disqualified by the Electoral Commission.
